Proactive Evaluation of Finnish Development Cooperation in Disability Issues
The evaluation, done in 2002-2003, assessed how Finnish development cooperation has contributed to the promotion of disability issues in the past ten years.

Guidelines and recommendations have also been prepared that can be utilised in the preparation of the development cooperation disability strategy.

The evaluation 'Label us Able' (pdf) was published in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Finland evaluation series.
